Please follow refund/exchange policy of your retailer to get refund. Returned item must be in good, resalable condition (no scratch damage) in original package (includes all accessories and manual, etc) for a refund.
DO NOT USE CleanMate on outdoor and
wet surfaces; otherwise, warranty is void.
If unit running backward, check and remove protection foam behind
bumper and clean dirt out of detection sensors.

The RMA department will fax or e-mail you an RMA number within 3 business days or provide a reason for RMA denial.
After receiving an RMA number, then you may return your defective product to Metapo with freight prepaid by you (NO freight collect). Use the original package box or proper packaging material to avoid shipping damage. Metapo is not responsible for shipping damages.
Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30 days from the issued date.
