We recommend our resellers and end users check the CleanMate Product FAQ or CleanMate RMA FAQ first before contacting for further services.

Please follow refund/exchange policy of your retailer to get refund. Returned item must be in good, resalable condition (no scratch damage) in original package (includes all accessories and manual, etc) for a refund.

DO NOT USE CleanMate on outdoor and wet surfaces; otherwise, warranty is void.
QQ-1 and QQ-2 unit has one year warranty and battery has 6-month warranty policy.

If unit running backward, check and remove protection foam behind bumper and clean dirt out of detection sensors.

RMA procedure:

  1. Please complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem for your product. (download QQ-1 RMA form or download QQ-2 RMA form)
  2. Fax this completed RMA form with a copy of the original purchase invoice to (408) 943-9309 or e-mail to qq_support@metapo.com Or send e-mail to
  3. All RETURNING product must have the original invoice. DO NOT mail back CleanMate unit without RMA #; otherwise, we will not process your return unit.
  4. The RMA department will fax or e-mail you an RMA number within 3 business days or provide a reason for RMA denial.
  5. After receiving an RMA number, then you may return your defective product to Metapo with freight prepaid by you (NO freight collect). Use the original package box or proper packaging material to avoid shipping damage. Metapo is not responsible for shipping damages.
  6. Your assigned RMA number is valid for 30 days from the issued date.
  7. Please put RMA form copy inside or write the RMA Number and phone # on the address line.
