Warranty policy:

Warranty period is based on product type and is only valid for products sold in North America market(USA and Canada). For other area, please contact local reseller for technical service. Original purchase invoice is required to qualify for warranty service.

UPS products carry a 2-year warranty and batteries carry a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

CleanMate products carry a 1-year warranty and battery carry a 6-month warranty.

Switching power supply products carry a 1-year warranty.

Return policy:

If you purchase products directly from Metapo:
Credit/refund within 15 days of purchase. Customer pays shipping fee to return merchandises to store. Restock fee of 10% may be applied.

If you purchase products from our resellers:
Contact your retailer directly to follow your retailer credit/refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

All consumer products liability is limited to the purchase price. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to purchaser and purchaser's property and to others and their property arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use this product sold by Metapo not caused directly by the gross negligence of Metapo. Metapo shall not be liable for loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings.

Fenton UPS liability shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with the Fenton UPS limited warranty. Fenton UPS shall not be liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages for breach of any warranty, expressed or implied, directly or indirectly arising out of Fenton UPS's sale of merchandise, including any failure to deliver any merchandise, or arising out of customer's installation or use, whether proper or improper, of the product, separately or in combination with other equipment, or from any other cause. Products sold by Fenton UPS are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems.
